NOT adjustable, and rather thin. If you fill up this bag with some weight, the strap digs in your shoulder, and it is not comfortable for a long period of time. However, if you just want a bag for quick errands - this is a lovely, stylish cross body!
messenger-1013414 style was the right size. messenger-1013414 style easily fit my camera, passport, boarding passes and the side compartments were handy for tickets to museums, etc. messenger-1013414 style was also easy to take to dinner without looking like a travel bag.
